Former Agriculture Secretary Domingo Panganiban is returning to the Department of Agriculture (DA) as an undersecretary.

Panganiban earned his Bachelor of Science in Agriculture degree from the University of the Philippines in Los Baños, Laguna. According to the DA website, Panganiban, in his first term as agriculture secretary, continued the implementation of the Agriculture and Fisheries Modernization Act, the government’s comprehensive framework and platform for rural development. MANILA, Philippines — Former Agriculture Secretary Domingo Panganiban is returning to the Department of Agriculture as an undersecretary under the administration of President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.
