Twitter Circle is a great step on our path to making Twitter a more personalized experience. Twitter Circle aims to give people more choice and control over how they use Twitter. Additionally, all replies to these tweets are private, even if your Twitter account is public.

Twitter is rolling out the Twitter Circle feature today to all users on iOS, Android, and Twitter.com. Users will see the option to set up their Circle when they compose a new tweet. The feature first debuted to a limited number of users in May, but now anyone with an account can create a Circle.

Twitter Circle is finally rolling out to everyone globally today, allowing users to restrict their audience for individual tweets.

While both features allow you to restrict some tweets to a smaller audience, Twitter Circle is free and allows you to curate your tweet recipients yourself.
