WAGING "Idol Philippines" season 2 champion si Khimo Gumatay sa ginanap na final showdown kagabi na napanood sa iba't ibang platforms ng ABS-CBN.

Para sa huling bakbakan, kinanta ni Ryssi ang “Lilim” ng Victory Worship habang nagpakitang-gilas naman si Kice with “Your Love” by Alamid. Pinabilib din niya ang madlang pipol sa sarili niyang kanta na “My Time” composed by Jeremy Glinoga. Pagbubutihan ko pa ulit,” ang bahagi ng acceptance speech ni Khimo.
