Metro Manila is forecast to continue experiencing more rainfall today and tomorrow, but weather is expected to improve by Thursday.
Meanwhile, the Media Affairs Division of the Manila International Airport Authority announced that eight Manila-Japan-Manila flights operating at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport have been cancelled due to bad weather in Japan. The state weather bureau said there will still be chances of partly cloudy to cloudy skies that will bring scattered rains and thunderstorms in the afternoon or evening. PAGASA noted that despite the monsoon rains in Metro Manila, most parts of the country are forecast to have fair weather conditions in the next three days.
