The suspects face charges for violation of Republic Act (RA) 10591 (Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act). Police recovered from the house of Henefer two 12-gauge shotguns (long and short) and six live ammunition and 12 empty shells of a 12-gauge shotgun. According to Lambunao police chief, Police Major Jogen Suegay, the two had records in their barangay for indiscriminate firing thus, the Regional Mobile Force Battalion and Iloilo Provincial Mobile Force served a search warrant against the suspects around 5:36 a.m.
