He will be facing charges for violation of Section 4 Article 2 of RA 9165 for the importation of dangerous drugs. CHARGES of violating Republic Act 9165 otherwise known as "The Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2022" were filed against the eldest son of Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin 'Boying' Remulla, the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency said on Friday.
