With a regular-season win total projection of 52.5 wins, the Warriors enter the year with the second-highest win total in the league, though they’re tied with a handful of contenders. They’ll be looking to improve upon that and grab one of the top two seeds in the West this season.

His contributions on that end range from the outwardly eye-catching, to the more subtle strokes of genius that typically seems unremarkable to most observers. No matter what anyone thinks of him at this point — his approval rating among Warriors fans may have reached an all-time low — what he contributes on the court is still undeniable. There’s enough faith in Green’s history to believe that he will choose the former.
