Why Republicans shouldn't take the Ohio Senate race for granted (CNN)

Recent polls have suggested the Senate race in Ohio may be tied, but no nonpartisan analyst is treating it as such.

Of course, it wouldn’t be the craziest thing in the world for the Ohio Senate polls to be right this year. Final polls for governor (in midterm years) and president (in presidential years) have overestimated the Democratic candidate by at least 6 points in every Ohio election since 2014. In 2018, Ohio Democratic Sen. And the national environment looks like it is 5 or more points more Republican this year than two years ago. Kander ran more than 15 points ahead of Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton. The average of all the polls have Vance up by a point or two at most. If the polls are, however, correct, Democrats may have a pickup opportunity that few people are acknowledging is at least as good as Wisconsin, where GOP Sen. Everything you need to know for Ohio high school football state ... (Cincinnati.com)

The Ohio High School Athletic Association has released the dates and times for the upcoming football finals plus information on ticket sales.

Division I and II go on sale at 5 p.m., Division III and IV go on sale at 6 p.m. and Division V, VI and VII go on sale at 7 p.m. The three-game tickets are $38 each and ticket holders are required to leave the stadium between games. Second-round games will be played on Friday, Nov. A limited number of 100 all-session Stadium Club tickets that include a parking pass are also available for $210 each. Additionally, the all-session Stadium Club package includes access to tour the Pro Football Hall of Fame during the OHSAA Football State Championship weekend. Patrons with club access do not need to exit the stadium between games. Ticket holders are required to exit the stadium between games. Fenwick at 7-3 is also in the fray. All seven state championship games will be played at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium, beside the Pro Football Hall of Fame. There are no assigned seats in the Stadium Club section. All-session general admission tickets for the state championship games are $90 each.
