Lawyers of actor Sheezan Khan, arrested on abetment of suicide charge, claimed this before a court in Vasai on Monday which was hearing Khan's bail plea.

Sharma’s counsel sought time to respond to the bail plea. The counsel argued that the police should probe this angle as well in connection with her suicide. Sharma and Khan (28), who were in a relationship but later parted ways, were co-stars in TV serial ‘Ali Baba: Dastaan-E-Kabul’.

Tunisha Sharma was in contact with a man on a dating app and was with him between December 21 and 23, just before her death.

Sheezan Khan, in his bail plea, alleged that Tunisha Sharma had joined Tinder after their breakup and went on a date with another man.

If Sheezan has been claiming that he was not with Tunisha in the makeup room in the last 15 minutes, then how does he know about the late actress talking to someone? Sheezan Khan told his lawyer that in the last 15 minutes, Tunisha spoke to Ali, and she was in touch with him. Tunisha's lawyer questioned how can Sheezan tell his lawyer that Tunisha was talking to Ali in the last 15 minutes before she committed suicide. Tunisha's lawyer further stated that there are possibilities that Tunisha must have spoken to Sheezan while the former was taking the late actress to the hospital after she committed suicide. The late actress' lawyer further mentioned that they would be presenting their side on 11 January, and believes that the court will do justice.
