A 4.9-magnitude earthquake hit Surigao del Sur on Sunday afternoon, Feb. Phivolcsโ€™ instruments also recorded the tremor at Intensity I (scarcely perceptible) in Cabadbaran City in Agusan del Norte and Surigao City in Surigao del Norte. It was felt at Intensity III (weak) in Tandag City and Intensity II (slightly felt) in Cagwait, Surigao del Sur.
