The team is finally back and this episode has made it clear that we are sure to get the best out of this season. Taxi Driver season 2 episode 1 ends with Sung-chul finding a message in morse code at the end of the letter which decrypts to “Save Me”, and they decide to take on the case. Sung-chul hears his pleas and Do-gi arrives to hear his story where they find out that his son had applied for a job behind his back and left to go abroad in the name of an exchange program. Do-gi is angered by this, but he has fallen too deep into their trap and now has to make his way out with no help. He tried to get help from the police only to be denied as his son is of legal age. Having heard his story, Do-gi shows Sung-chul why they should take the case by telling him to focus on the letter sent by the son, Lee Dong-jae. Distressed, she too wishes to go back to the Rainbow Taxi team while Sung-chul goes around sticking the advertisement to call them for help around the city. Elsewhere, Kyung-goo and Jin-eon can’t stop thinking of their days in the Rainbow Taxi team while Go-eun comes across a distressed father who is looking for his son. Do-gi then gives them some drinks which makes them lose consciousness while a backup team of police and an ambulance drive to the scene. Do-gi then brings the three out with him and escapes the scene in his taxi while Choi Kyung-goo and Park Jin-eon pop out from behind. Sung-chul tells him that he doesn’t wish to involve them anymore and disrupt their lives, which is why he behaves sternly every time the others visit him. The sequel of the Kdrama brings us new adventures of the Rainbow Taxi crew as they set to punish a new bunch of criminals while facing some old faces that are back for revenge.
